Our week had some high highs and a couple low lows but all in all – it ended on a good note. On Thursday we had a hospital filled day with Bea’s 12 month pediatrician check up and then a 9 hour hospital say for her monthly infusion. She tolerated the medication great but watching them attempt and attempt on putting an IV in her was just heartbreaking. That will never get easy for her or her mama. Just picture 4 people holding her down while she is screaming for 45 minutes at the top of her lungs, face purple, and looking at me like “why are you letting them do this?”. Heart. Breaking.
After Thursday we were all set to enjoy a low key Friday and weekend preparing for her BEA day party! Yes, we celebrated in Florida but we had to extend the celebration to Cincinnati so we could cheers the rest of our immediate family!
Here are a few snaps from the week!

[My little flower arrangements! Yes, that is rock candy :)]
[How amazing is that china? My grandma gave both my sister and me a set when we got married and I’ve already used them so much!]

[Heart shaped cucumber sandwiches]
[Sugar bees in the flowers]
[I am obsessed with these cups. I sent the invitation to this company on etsy and they took the bumble bee and added it to the cups. Turned out perfectly!]
[Our happy BEA day girl]

[a VERY special friend to Bea had this little outfit made for her – how patriotic and cute is it?!]
